Summary of Key Elements The course covered Legislation, Categories of Work, Equipment Standards, Selection Use and Maintenance of Height Safety Equipment, Pre-Use Inspection and Rescue Overview.  Exposure to towers, masts & structures.  Practical use of fall arrest harnesses, lanyards and permanent fall arrest systems. Practical use of fall arrest and work position equipment. Practical use of a Descent Rescue Kit with auto-locking device to conduct a rescue from towers and masts.
