All delegates must hold a current MATS Basic Climbing & Rescue/Renewal certificate or equivalent.
All delegates must be able to certify that they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that might prevent them working at height. (A list of conditions that could affect practical training and work at height are available on request.) SpanSet reserves the right to exclude unsuitable delegates from training courses. Delegates must be 18 years or over.
For telecoms engineers, lifting & rigging loads on infrastructure such as towers & masts can be a daily activity, involving operations at height. SpanSet’s two day MBNL rigging course has been designed to give new & existing telecoms engineers the necessary practical skills & knowledge to safely conduct lifting & rigging of loads such as, a range of microwave antennas, PCN sectors and associated steelwork whilst working at height.
